So this summer I've been staying up till 12-1 A.M in the morning and sleeping till about 9-ish. I am starting an extra-credit summer corse of math tomorow and I need to wake up at 7 am!?
I'm taking pre cal this summer and sleep is crucial, actually falling behind on sleep bc of procrastination with the homework is even more crucial. If you want to pass with out depriving yourself of sleep, stay one assignment ahead on the homework....easier said than done.. so dont take it lightly...set alarms back to back one hour ahead and your body should get used to it. It's what i do and works great.

Go to bed between 10:00pm-11:00pm.
You'll get enough sleep to get up at 7:00am.
