3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbs vanilla

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until only the center jiggles. Turn off the oven and leave it in there for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Run a knife around the edges and then refrigerate until ready to use.
