It started after yoga yesterday and I'm pretty sure it was hurt when I did cobra pose for an extended period of time. Can anyone give me an estimate of how long this might last and what I should do about it?

Look on the bright side. You're back feels better now than it ever will
Acute low back pain is defined as low back pain present for up to six weeks. It may be experienced as aching, burning, stabbing, sharp or dull, well-defined, or vague. The intensity may range from mild to severe and may fluctuate. The pain may radiate into one or both buttocks or even into the thigh/hip area.
Low back pain may begin following a strenuous activity or jarring trauma, but often is seemingly unrelated to a specific activity. The pain may begin suddenly or develop gradually.
It started after yoga morning . It is very difficult for me. It is very severe pain for me . my mum cal the doctor and give some pain killer. Now I am also fine.

It is better to let doctor check. Sometimes it can get even worse if you treat the pain in wrong way.
