My chihuahua has been having seizures since he was a puppy and that's been for about 5ish years. I'm really concerned that he could be coming to the end of his rope. :( Are there any dog experts or vets who would know. Thank you!
Update:His seizures will sometimes last for an hour and sometimes longer and sometimes he'll have two seizures a day..

If this dog is under a vet ,then seizures should be under control.
What is the reason that you think he is getting ready to die? Are his seizures getting worse? Is he under a vet care and on medication? A dog with seizures, diagnosed by the vet and on medication can often live many years - sometimes into old age. No one can tell you for sure but if you have concerns you need to check with the vet.
I am sorry humans are so tremendously rude here on yahoo solutions. You, your family and the dog are the ones emotionally and financially littered with this..But humans are simply abruptly important advocates for a dog they did not have got to take care of for the previous 10 years..Geez Anyway, i wouldn't worry just but about it being a tumor because it could be 1,000,000 matters and won't even be an dilemma. I would point out to your mom and probably pitch in for a prognosis. Just take her in to the vet and he can contact it and seem at it and will tell you should you have to time table a biopsy-at which period which you can simply say you can't find the money for it on the moment. The initial consult with shouldn't price greater than $50 and it may possibly offer you some peace of mind. Make the appointment for 2 weeks from now and see if it would not go away all on it's own before then. Just right good fortune
