Determine out the S-10 boards everywhere the web. The 5.7 vortec motors use the equal engine desktops and have the equal transmissions in many cases because the 4.Three V-6. I do not know especially what is needed, however the wiring harness wants some mild amendment to add the harness for the additional two injectors, as good as a couple of other alterations. A brand new tune is required for the eu to add the drivers for the extra injectors as well. (all of this has been accomplished for you, so finding it is all you want) New motor mounts and a few mods to the cooling approach. Hope I helped.
Completely depends on your driving habits. If you drive like an idiot (which is about 90% of the population) you will get what the EPA estimates say, or worse.
If you drive like you should, not tailgating, the speed limit or less, anticipate lights far in advance, etc., your mileage will normally FAR exceed the EPA numbers.
