I am 13 and I really need to flatten my stomach I need something simple that works fast (without a lot of difficulty) I am not exactly fat but I am not skinny either. I really need to be able to wear a tight shirt without having to suck in my stomach any help is appreciated thx.

Do enough of sit ups and other tummy flattening exercises. Also wear a belt whenever you can. You should be okay in two weeks!
