you may want to purchase pin head crickets to feed your baby dragon. the way to get them to start feeding is to offer them live insects. the movement of the crickets get them to chase and eat. take care on the size you offer. when feeding juvenile bearded dragons the rule is if the cricket fits between the lizard's eyes, tail on one eye and nose on the other eye then it's not to large to feed. also try dark leafy greens like romaine lettuce, kale, mustard, turnip and collard greens. do not feed head (ice berg) lettuce it will only give them diarrhea. just cut the greens into small enough pieces for the young dragon to get into it's mouth. this is the time of year that reptiles go into what is called burmation. reptile hibernation, just insure he has fresh water daily and you have the temps where they need to be. he should start to liven up in about a month. try the greens and some fruits like raspberry's, strawberry's kiwi fruit. limit the fruit's to about 20% of the diet he gets. try offering the greens every other day to help in his wanting to feed. hope this helps

Its hard to say without knowing the age. Take him to a vet that deals with reptiles for a health check. They will have the correct equipment to weigh him and can also help if you have questions regarding feeding. I say a vet that deals with reptiles, as in my experience, I have found that vets that do not specialize in reptiles/exotic are not knowledgeable enough on reptiles.
