None of those are good setups on the Evo.
The Evo's wedging (angling on the nose or tail) put the front truck at a very high angle. Usually you want an angle of ~55* at most, but with Bear 852's, you'll end up at a 67* angle up front (wedging is +15* in front and -15* in back). This leads to the front having very little leverage over the bushings, and turning a LOT for how much it leans. It generally just feels like crap.
If you're grabbing an Evo, get an extra 40* Bear baseplate for the front, or get it with 35* Randal front and 50* Randal back (or 35* all around if you want the rear to not turn much at all).
And go for C if you do get one of those. A might be good if it's the blue/white Monster Hawgs instead of the orange/red ones.

probably a or b depending on how much sliding/drifting you want. if you are asking this question though, i'll guess that you don't know much about downhill longboarding. in that case, there are lot's of other boards that would better suit your needs, for a better price. look into the earthwing supermodel. you can still do lot's of downhill on it, but it's a lot more fun to cruise, slide, and stuff like that.
