Last minute day off school?
I really don't want to go to school because yesterday I got into trouble with one of my teachers even though I didn't do anything wrong and this teacher really doesn't like me he favours his other students and always singles me out and I'm really not in the mood for a double lesson with him. I have about 15 minutes I've already been laying in bed acting sick but my dads watching tv at the moment what do I do?

I'll be straight up with you, there is going to be people that dislikes you and people you like you. In this case this is the teacher, what I would recommend is going straight up to him/her saying I don't like how you single me out and such. And if the teacher still does do the things you dislike, you can always get a schedule change. And plus missing out on school isn't really a great idea with all the other classes you got too.
Just go to school and talk to the teacher 1 on 1 . Trust me . This has happened to me A LOT before . Staying home won't do you any good , it just makes things worse because then you have make up work and going off of what you're saying about your teacher , he's just going to give you more then necessary .
