there's a lump under my armpit a little bit bigger than the size of a pea. it doesn't really hurt unless something rubs against it or I push down on it. when I squeeze it a little bit of white/yellowish puss like stuff comes out. could it be cancer or is it just a pimple? :( I'm 15 and I'm really scared.
