For the headache: You may want to take Tylenol or some other headache-reliever. A nap might also help. Putting an ice pack on your head might dull the pain for some time. Just rest.

For the chest pain: It depends on what kind of pain it is. If you feel kind of gassy, water with a little baking soda works miraculously. If it's hunger, eat. If it's anything else, lie down, and make sure you have a bathroom nearby. :)

Please go see a docter. This is not normal and you have to have an docter check you out before this gets worse. I wouldn't take anything before seeing an docter, besides pain pills. I hope you get better.
