I went to MCRD-PI in 2007, got out at 175days RE-3F code. Reason for, PFT failure. I was doing 0 pull ups and 255 pounds of pure fat. Made it to training day 32, mid-pft failure. Am currently with a recruiter trying to get my waiver submitted, but he said I need my Medical Discharge Summary. I was only handed a packet of dd-214 and a piece of paper explaining what those dd-214s meant. Where could I request this Discharge Summary? Even though I was not a medical discharge.
Thank you very much,
Brandon
~This is what happens when your recruiter tells you, you will be fine and the weight waiver is a no biggy. Bad apples are everywhere.
Update:When you fail to demonstrate any kind of knowledge of the matter at hand, please refrain from using your mental retardation and randomly post. I don't see your happy *** spending 6 months at Parris Island and willing to go back.
Ignorance is bliss.

Your DD-214 is your discharge summary. Your reenlistment code is on the DD-214 as well. As far as finding out what the code means I would contact your local VA regional officer for assistance.
The recruiter did not fail to control his weight or suck it up and succeed.. you did! I guess what the recruiter meant is that for people who really want to be a Marine, that the waiver is a no biggie. No one owes you anything, suck it up or go home.
