If your rabbit is 8 weeks old, you should have just gotten him, so it's pretty hard to say what's normal for him. The sneezing could be dusty bedding or something else irritating his nose. Or it could be a symptom of a disease. You shouldn't be hearing noises from the belly, however. I'd continue to observe the rabbit and note whether he's eating and drinking ok and his activity level is normal. If you still feel something's not right, consult the breeder or a vet.
