My best friend's dad just died from neuromuscular dystrophy!!?
My best friend's dad died about 2 weeks ago from the same disease that Stephen Hawking has. We all knew that he was going to die soon, but not this soon! I went over there the second I found out and comforted her but I really don't know what to do. His funeral is tomorrow and she's absolutely devastated.
I don't know what to say other than things like 'it'll be okay' or 'just stay strong, youre friends and family are always here' and then just give her a big hug, but I don't know what else to do or say. It's a really traumatic time right now and she's struggling to get through it (her parents split up a long time ago).
Please help me and give advice on what I can do to help her!! Thank you

If you have the time, just hang out with her. Watch movies, tell jokes, play board games, whatever. Just help take her mind off the whole situation.
