I JUST GOT MY ITOUCH THISMORNING and im kinda poor and it was an amazing gift i couldnt believe my dad bought me it. when i turned it on the usb icon and itunes icon came up i figured it was normal so plugged it in and uploaded my songs. this problem went away, then while AIMing my friend i put it in my pocket without turning it on lock, i think i was accidentally pressing buttons as i put it in and it went back to the usb icon and itunes logo. i went to plug it in when i plugged it in, popups about free itouches and what not were storming my desktop i just exited out of them. then it said i had new software to download. so i downloaded it and boom its frozen on usb and itunes logo, i try to restore it to factory settings because there wasnt much on it to lose. and it said error(13) so yeah this sucks i hate this so angry. if we bring it back to best buy will they fix it/give me a new one. OR TURN ME AWAY AND SAY 'UHM DER U TRIED TO JAILBEAK IT' and they would accuse me of it because im 15 its an itouch and yeah they accuse that stuff on kids my age and im so worried because my dad spent money on it and i really liked it and this is not an exaggeration-i will never get one again. these are rare occasions i get something like this RARE and its just not in the cards to be able to get another one, we dont have the money HELP!!!!!!!
