He's about 7 months old and every time he eats wet food he seems to have very loose stools. Its still formed but there seems to be barely any matter to it. Should I just stop the wet food completely? He does very well of dry food but I give him the wet food in the morning.
Update:He is already eating KITTEN food, and yes he's already neutured. I wish people would stop jumping to conclusions.

Cats don't need wet food, if he's doing well on dry food keep him on that. Some pets have sensitive stomachs and can't handle certain types of food.
Try some different brands of wet food. If you're buying the grocery store foods, they are filled with by-products (this isn't meat, it's scrap "parts" that are deemed to be not fit for human consumption) and that may be what's upsetting his system. At 7 months he really doesn't need special kitten food - that's really a marketing gimmick anyway. If you pick up a bag/can of a high quality food, and compare it to the kitten formulation of a grocery store food, you'll see that the nutrition in the premium food is much higher than the cheaper food. It's really all about nutrition and quality, not "kitten" or "adult" formula. All of my foster kittens are fed Innova's EVO, and they thrive.
Try a food for him that's all chicken, with no fish and no by-products, and see if that doesn't help solve his loose stool issue.
He should be eating KITTEN food. Try giving him only dry KITTEN food for a few days, and see if his stools firm up. If they don't get any better, take him in for a fecal test. He may have a parasite called "Coccidia", or worms.
However, if his stool firms up, you'll know that the amount of water in the canned meat was giving him the loose stools, so you'll know not to give him that, except as a "treat" (small amount, once in awhile).
It's past time to have him neutered, if you haven't already. Soon, he'll start to spray/mark in your house and want to go outside to find a mate.........IF you haven't already taken care of that.
Enjoy your baby...........Good luck.
Cats need wetness/water especially male cats. They tend to get bladder or kidney stones because they don't like to drink as a rule. I would cut the wet food in half but maybe add a teaspoon of water to it and have dry food readily available.
You may also try a different brand or flavor. One of mine can not eat chicken but loves it. Food allergies aren't uncommon.
Also has he been checked for parasites and you aren't giving him milk are you?
