I would reccomend ones with wings, they keep the pad in place and do not let the pad move around. These also have a Cottony cover on them so you dont feel like you wearing plastic, and never stick. They are also super thin so you cant really feel them.

Get Always with wings that are sticky too, it helps. Maybe try pressing down on the underwear more, one hand on the pad, the other on the under side of underwear so it's stick more.

Get pads with wings. They prevent leaks much better anyway. You could also try wearing tighter undies or wearing two pairs.

Do you have pads with wings? That usually helps.

Use one with wings where they have flaps that attached to the UNDERSIDE or your underwear so they can't move around.

I just use tampons cuz pads are uncomfortable to me.
