oh i used to get that to but my doctor told me this little trick get a cup or a bowl something big enough to put it your retainer in and put warm water in the bowl with 4 teaspoons of sugar and a little lemon juice if u don't have lemon juice you can use orange juice and put your retainer in it then cover up the bowl with a towel or something and leave it for 3 hours then after the 3 hours come back and try putting it in it will fit perfectly!!
