Is there any specific reason for not wanting food - like heightened sensitivity to food odors, depression, changes in your everyday routine, anxieties regarding to your weight and body image?
Any other symptoms - like dizziness, difficulty staying asleep, headache, body aches?
I hope your loss of appetite is temporary and is not caused by a serious medical illness.
Try to keep track of what you eat and how you feel with Aurametrix to find if there are any patterns.
Eat smaller portions. The alcohol shouldn't matter much unless you're swilling beer or mixing sugary drinks. Maybe swap the french fries and potato chips or other fried goods for other things. Bagels are good in moderation, just don't eat many cheese ones and the rest are fat free (usually). Maybe cut down on the cheese intake as well. Keep the grilled chicken, it seems like about your only source of protein.
