after 18 years of marriage that I prefer Charmin toilet paper instead of the Scott's that she has buying since we have been married.
I'm hoping this is an issue we can get past. Any advice from any mixed TP marriages you can offer?

I'm sorry, you might as well start the divorce proceedings now.
I am with you on the Charmin! My husband and I both agree, but I have had some funny looks when making attempts at cutting costs and buying other brands. I think that the rule of thumb here is that whoever physically goes to the store and makes the purchase has the larger right of choice ; )
I can't imagine that she could possibly like Scott's over Charmin. My hubbie was a Quilted Northern fan before meeting me, a Charmin fan. Now we just kind of switch up. I've learned to like Northern because it's a little cheaper and still pretty soft.
You sound like my husband only he likes Northern. Scott is "too rough" for his delicate little behind. He shut up when I told him I would tell his friends about his issue with tissue. I buy according to how much each sheet costs and Scott is the best value. I mean, for pitty sakes, you're going to flush the stuff. Just suck it up and call it, taking one for the team : )
LOL!!!!!! If toilet paper is a huge issue than you two must really have it made. You must not have any other worries in the world. How in the world do you do it??:0)
If this is a poll---im with Charmin all the way!
Charmin clogs the toliet. She probably doesn't want to clean up after your bathroom mishap.
Get seperate toilet papers I guess?
Then you both win.
if you have 2 bathrooms, you can buy 2 diff. kinds of TP and put one kind in each bathroom
Why don't you start buying the toilet paper.
