I've been getting the sensation of being car sick frequently lately. Cars are the only thing historically that make me extremely nauseated and give me migraines. Now some movies, and even while I'm driving (which I know is abnormal) my main concern is at night when I get "carsick" while driving to work. I work the midnight shift so omitting night time driving is a negative. I'm only 20 so I feel like it shouldn't be an eye problem, but I have a really hard time with low-beam lights. I never look at them, but they trigger it all. I usually have to adjust my mirrors so I can't see what's behind it beside me. Any insight would be helpful! Thanks :)

I'm *not* medically qualified, but the nausea is most likely caused by your motion sickness. The migraines could be coincidental, but car headlights can give one a headache.
I wonder if you have Vertigo; the 'BPPV' variant.
Whatever, as it's affecting your driving safety, and obviously other road users' too, I suggest see your GP.
Take especial care....
