Normally blood in the urine changes urine to a red or pink color, but I suppose it is possible (in the sense that red + yellow = orange) that what looks orange to you could be blood. What can put blood in the urine and cause low back or abdominal pain is a bladder stone or infection. You can read more about bladder stones here:

Otherwise I'm not sure what could cause both **spine** (backbone) pain and orange colored urine if you're not taking medications. Normally the backbone does not affect the urinary system. You may need to see a doctor and get this checked out.

Go to a doctor.
Orange pee can be due to bleeding from an infected bladder or kidneys (yellow + red = orange)
and back pain could also be as a result of pain in that area.
Go get yourself seen TODAY - it can be serious.
