I was using Logitech Quick Cam Communicate STX with Yahoo Messenger for a while and having sounds and microphone issues. I found out that I didn't have any software for the Quick Cam installed. So the person from logitech walked me through the process and I installed the software.
Great , Sounds Problems Fixed....
But now I have a problem with the video. No matter how I adjust the settings either on Yahoo Messenger of the Quick Cam Settings, I am Friggin Casper or a Smurf!
I changed the background color from Blue to black. That changed me from being a smurf, but the black background is still not dark enough, and I am extremely White. I have turned off lights, turned on lights, adjusted the camera, adjusted the settings and still nothing helps.
Can someone help me please.

I have a logitech also and mine works just fine. Are you saying this happens now when you open your cam with the software? or does it work fine with the software but the problems occurs when you try and cam on yahoo? If it is happening with your software, you probably have to call logitech back again. If its happening only when you cam in yahoo, let me know by adding additional comments in your question box and ill see if i can help.
