I am Asian and I eat rice every morning along with some meat or vegetable. Is it OK to drink Protein Shake along with it? I am using the 100% Whey Protein^t, and how long should I wait before start exercising? Thanks! Is it possible for me to get good result in 2 hours or excercise =D

Your diet is almost balanced as you're taking protein (meat) with carbohydrate (rice). Protein shake after exercise will be better because it will help in immediate recovery of your teared muscles during exercise. But don't rely on protein shakes or supplements, try to include natural food in your diet like vegetables, meat, pulses & dry fruits.
Training immediately after eating is not a wise thing to do because you will not be able to lift properly, at least wait 1 hour after eating then go for training. Strictly follow one of the diet plans for 2 weeks & when it comes to strictness it means don't cheat just follow it sincerely only then you will see the immediate results or else you will end giving up.
