I need to bring in a TYPICAL dish from a Spanish-speaking country for my Spanish class. It needs to serve about 10 people. It has to be something really easy to make, really fast to make, and vegetarian. It could also be a typical drink, but it obviously can't have alcohol and it can't be something overly simple. It would also be preferable if it didn't have to be microwaved or refridgerated, but it is not absolutely necessary. Any recipe ideas? You may also post links to recipes.

If you are vegetarian and not Vegan then spanish omelette is really easy
Since it only has to be from a Spanish speaking country and not Spain then it is pretty easy. Most Mexican foods are vegetarian such as a bean burrito, enchiladas, cheese quesidias, etc. Just make sure that the refried beans are not made with pork fat and are vegetarian and most meals from Mexico will be pretty easy to make. With not being able to use a refridgerator you might be better off just bringing in salsa and chips. Easy to make and easy to serve
