While the car is on.. usually in motion.. it just dies. Also from the gas to the break and back... it kicks back sometimes, but in the manual says thats normal. With a full tank of gas, hot or cold days, the temp. gage doesn't go past half way up, there is no check engin light, and all the fluids are normal and full.... whats wrong with my car?

it sounds like its vapor locking,i have seen some cars that would do this on cool days as well as on hot days, next time it does this try loosening the gas cap then re tighten it back up that may help it,if not don't have the fuel pressure checked on it,you may have a pump going bad on it,i own of of those cars and it doesn't do this, that's not normal for it to do that at all, good luck with it.
sounds like not enough fuel is getting to the engine.
have you changed your fuel filter (a simple inexpensive fix if it's just a dirty and clogged filter) or had your fuel pump checked (a more complex problem)?
when was the last time you had an oil filter change?
check your mileage and go to your owner's manual and see what regular maintainence work needs to be done, you could get an idea of what's wrong from there.
have there been any recalls on your model vehicle? check those as well.
fwiw: I've never had a temp gauge go higher than 1/2 way on any of my cars unless there was a problem with overheating. This isn't an overheating problem.
But I have had a dirty fuel filter cause my car to cut off.
