So Ron Paul is a Republican. Supposedly. Most people recognize that he primarily has Libertarian ideals. Dennis Kucinich is a Democrat, that much is true. He just seems like, generally, a Constitutionalist with big, bold freedom streaks. So.
I ask you this.
What is most similar, different between the two men?

I would say that they are similar in that they both generally (but not always) like to keep the government out of the private lives of citizens. In this way they are both big fans of freedom. They are both against the war in Iraq. Also, they are both unafraid to question their own political party.
They differ in their beliefs about the role the government should play in providing services and economics.
Paul believes in more of a laissez-faire policy where you should let the economy take care of its self with little to no government intervention. In this way he supports freedom by allowing individuals to do as they please.
Kucinich believes that the government should promote equality. In this way he supports freedom by allowing individuals to be free from poverty and exploitation.
