I am looking for rubber replacement spikes for a cross country shoe. I can easily find the metal, screw in, spikes, but I am looking for rubber studs. Does anybody know where I can find some ? I have looked everywhere.
unfortunately, you won't be able to find replacement rubber spikes because they're designed to wear down on the surface, then for the shoe to be "retired" after there is no more grip to the bottom. that's why they don't screw out like metal ones do. you'll just have to suck it up and buy a new pair. don't forget to give the old ones some love though, they can be good training shoes or warm-up flats, or even just a casual shoe.

Check a golf/sportings goods store. They sell replacements cheap.
buy a new pair cheapskate, like $40
