I just got my Samsung galaxy s3 in the mail 5 days ago that I ordered from t-mobile and I just noticed when I look at a really dark or black screen I can see these little black dots and scratches underneath the screen. (I never dropped the phone and bought a case for it ) I just wanted to no if I wasn't the only one or if this is factoring era ???

I know what you mean. When I run an app called "Dead Pixel Tester", make the screen all black and view the phone inside a pitch black room, I can see some random "scratch" or map-like pattern on some parts of the LCD, specifically the lower part. However, this issue is not noticeable when the phone is viewed in a brightly lit room. The issue also works only in deep black level screen color. I am considering calling my dealer regarding this matter but I'm not sure if it's a normal/inevitable factory defect. Hopefully other people can share some light on this.
