Samsung HL-R4266W 42-Inch Widescreen HDTV DLP TV problem?
When I turn on my tv the color is all over the place and picture is frozen but I hear sound. When I unplug it and plug it back in it is fine and works great how do I fix this we know it ain't the bulb. Help I don't want to have to buy another tv. -C

The set is going out. I have one of these - can't give the thing away in good conscience due to strange issues with it getting flaky when fed a high def signal... but it displays broadcast great all day long.
At the minimum it needs cleaned out. Good chance the digital board is going out. Not really worth the fix when you consider the dirt cheap prices of used DLP sets that just need a new lamp.
