I think the line should favor the free speech side. We have this free speech right to protect us from government, not to protect the government from us. In this day in age, think about how much power you really have against the government. It's not like your words are going to bring it down. lol
Free Speech, to me, is absolute. But I have the right to respond, and the speaker has the obligation to deal with the repercussions of what they spoke.
That is the true freedom - taking responsibility for what you spoke. If you cry foul at the reaction, then you don't believe in the actual freedom of speech.
If you are asking a liberal they think you should be arrested for speaking out against government health care because you are a mob, if you are against a conservative then you can physically assault them to stop them from speaking and that's fine.

Free speech should be allowed in all public settings.
I suggest the President only give speeches in his oval office...which is a private setting.
