My sending is suspended, has been for 48 hours... or close. The same question was asked 24 minutes ago, but I could not understand Peter's answer to it, and in any case, it's not a satisfactory solution. I want my problem corrected by Yahoo.
I must say, too, that Yahoo's "help" page is anything but helpful.

If you are lucky, the "Live Chat" link may become active at some point and allow you access that way. But sometimes, all you can do is be patient and wait it out. Or make a new email account.
