And it works. I plugged the green, red, and blue cables into my HDTV, and the standard components in the Dazzle. It records fine. However, I want to play in HD. I don't need the videos to record in HD, but I need to be able to play in it. I just got a new Vizio 32" LED HDTV and I have a feeling that may be bad for the TV (is it?). Regardless, it's annoying to me, especially since all it takes for me is to push the button from TV to HDMI on the end of the components. That makes the TV HD, just like I want, but then the recording won't work anymore. Why? How do I play in HD?
