Spider bite?
I was bitten on my buttox while I was asleep a few days ago, so I don't know what kind of spider it was. The bite spot is red and there is a knot underneath the skin about the size of a quarter and sometimes it hurts pretty bad. It is not infected though. Does anyone have any advice on what to do to get rid of it.

go to the doctor. my daughter did this and her entire arm turned dark brown.
I had a bad one on my thigh that is just now going away. I got it on June 13. :( I kept Benadryl extra strength cream on it. I washed it out with hydrogen peroxide the first week. Then applied the Benadryl cream and kept a bandage on it. As it started healing, I switched to Neosporin. I alternated back and forth between the Benadryl and Neosporin. I always washed it thoroughly when I took my shower each day. I have been able to go without a bandaid for about 2 weeks now, but there's still mark on my skin. My spider bite was open and looked like a volcano. I don't know if yours will open or not. If it does, watch for signs of infection. If it gets red lines shooting out from it or if it is hot to the touch, get to a doctor.

It actually sounds like an abscess, not a spider bite. I had one and I thought it was a spider bite too. It was red and swollen and felt like a lump underneath the skin. It hurt to touch it, too. I finally went to the doctor and had to get it cut open and drained (they numbed it first) and this nasty puss came out. It was a bacterial infection, and the Dr. said left untreated it can cause major problems. So you should see your Dr. if it doesn't go away quickly.
a spider bit me on the back once, your not gonna die and you dont need to go to the doctor unless its really bad. it hurts for a little bit, but use some gold bond, thats what i used and it went away and there is nothing left on my back, i guess it depends on what kind of spider it was
Well, my friend got bit by a Brown Recluse spider and almost lost his leg,so make sure what type bit you. it may not show right away....Take care...
You need to go to the doctor,soon.It could be a brown recluse spider! But,I would have it checked out.
Clean it with acholhaol and show ur mom or dad or whoever u trust and then ask them what to do
