In the wild, they probably wouldn't bother each other at all. If the unproven, but persistant rumours regarding J's preference for his own gender have any grounding in truth, then the last thing he would do, in an Ancient Greek woodland setting, would be to "trespass" in the "sacred grove" of some half crazy, Dykey Virgin Forest Goddess, armed with a Bow, & a pair of Mastiffs! And a bit of a temper on her too, by all accounts, if you caught her at the wrong time of the month. (As Orien can testify)
Jesus would sooner be off down some seedy Grotto, looking for some Spiritual ground he could share with a Couple of Fauns, and a randy Satyr!
But yeah, to answer your Q, Artemis would win, hands down! (Then probably feel all guilty and tearful, and turn J into a constellation, and console herself with a kilo of Chocolate).
Well, seeing as Jesus can raise himself from the dead, Artemis can shoot him down all she likes. Eventually, after Jesus resurrects himself 2500 times, Artemis will either just give up, or give in to exhaustion.
