My hair is naturally curly/wavy and I straighten it almost every day during the school year. But when I straighten it, it never stays completly straight. How do I get it straight without a new straightener [mine is expensive] and without getting it chemically straigtened??

I dont think there is a solution, your hair will change with how much moisture is in the air. I have to same issue with my hair so I just use different products to have my hair wavy/curly.
It may be how you straighten your hair. What I do is I separate my hair into a bunch of little sections. Just clip up all of your hair and do the little hairs underneath by your neck. Then just keep going around your head and taking down little sections at a time. I also hair spray every other section with a little bit of hair spray, not a lot though, and my hair stays straight all day. Also , after I blow dry my hair I use this spray I got from my hair stylist that is to help straighten your hair and also protect your hair from getting damaged as bad by your straightener. If you want the name of the product I could look for you and let you know. I don't know the name off the top of my head. You can also by straightening shampoos but I would ask your hairstylist because buying hair products at wall mart or where ever is pretty much a waste of money.
try to do it with another salon it will help. cuz my hair is super curly but i straight my own hair and it stay straight 4 almost 3 to 4 weeks.
thats a really hard question.
