when I vacuum my gravel this worms come out and some burrie in the gravel; it looks like a leech, not sure but it attaches to stuff at both ends of its body
It sounds like you have a case of Planaria that have established themselves in your aquarium. Although they don't actually harm your fish, most people prefer not to have them in their tanks. Here's a site that may inform you about them and help you get rid of them:
They're icky, but don't harm fish. They usually show up when there is leftover food and waste in the gravel that they feed on. Keeping the tank cleaner will make them go away.
you can get traps for these worms its like a small box you put in your aquarium and it attracts the worms into the box and traps them in it then you can take it out of your tank easier
you can but these from ebay or your local fish store
Planaria are harmless, but they can be a sign of overfeeding or poor water quality. Make sure there's no leftover food lying around after your fish are done eating.
