Strange numb pulse in left arm when doing bicep curls?
Whenever I do a bicep curl with a dumb bell, a strange numb pulse sensation goes through my tendon where my arm bends. It only happens in my left arm. Any solutions?

It could be compression of a specific nerve. When you get the pain you may slightly rotate your hand both sides.
