if is a real rash u should get it treated right away or u could put on it sum ointment on it n alway's keep it clean cuz if u don't it'll get wrost,It could be any ointment that said's it work's from/aplay to burn's cut's,rashes,n so on...But that's if u don't want to tell anyone about it...

Discoid lupus? Could be almost anything...from some sort of soap or laundry detergent allergy? to something else? Go to a dermatologist.

its probably the sun so i wuld recemend wearing sunscreen.
