I recently went to the doctor because I had lower back pain. She diagnosed the pain as having a bladder infection and gave me an antibiotic to take. As I spoke to her, I asked her to also look at this lump like structure on located at the base of the back of my neck. I thought it was a muscle knot, but after she felt around, she said it could be a swollen lymph node or a cyst or something of that sort. Then, she felt around and near my collarbone, she felt a swollen lymph node and nearly adjacent to the lump on my neck, she felt another. She made me get a blood test just to see if there was anything wrong. I didn't get the results yet. I thought that the swollen lymph nodes might have some correllation to my bladder infection, but after taking the antibiotics, the swelling went down a little, but I still have the lump at the basin of my neck and my glands are still a bit swollen. I am worried at this point. I am finished with my antibiotics, however, they are double strength and supposed to stay in your system. Should I just wait a couple days and see if the lymph nodes go down, or should I contact my doctor?

If your blood tests show any abnormality, your doctor's office will be calling you (or should be, anyway).
Swollen glands may be indicative of a more systemic bacterial infection, but can also be indicative of a viral illness and viruses do not respond to antibiotics.
If you have not heard from your doctor within three days of having your blood tested (provided it was done on weekday), call the office and see if you can get the results. At that time, you may wish to mention that you still have swollen glands.
Swollen lymph nodes can be due to an infection or possibly something more serious. I would definitely contact the doctor to find out about the blood tests.
