I am trying to wipe my computer clean and everytime I try to use the drivescrubber option I insert my burnable cd into the cd burner and select next and it tells me no media in inserted or the device is not ready. What is happening, any other suggestions on how to get rid of the virus I have tried the iolo antivirus and a few that I downloaded off the internet and nothing touches it, I just want it to be gone
