The trouble is that anyone under the age of 18 isn't legally considered capable of signing a contract or agreement. While the fact that you're asking this question makes you capable of signing a contract (at least in my eyes), TLA wouldn't honor your agreement if they ever found out you signed up under your parent's names.
However, if your parents take the time to understand what it is you're trying to do, I'm sure they would be happy to sign up with TLA and then give you the money TLA sends them.
