I thought i was a decently heathy 20 year old, and then I had a misscarrage. I had lost the baby 3 weeks before it left my body, on it's own. I did not know and I didn't understand what my body was trying to tell me. Thank god I was in the er when it happened.
But.. It's been about a month now, and I thought everything was back to normal. No more cramps, no more bleeding. But I have been burping and farting more in the last 2 weeks than my entire life. It's constant, loud, and I don't "toot" when I need to, I get horrably sick. For hours.
I have been staying away from naturaly gassy foods, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Anything I eat make me feel this way in less than a half hour. Has ne one had anything like this after a misscarrage? Or am I just really sick?

Miscarriages cause hormonal imbalances in your body for a short period of time. This can be a long period for some women. The indications of this hormonal issues are often associated with bleeding, heavy cramps, pain around ovaries, pain around abdomen area, headache, etc, etc
In addition to that, your body change physically during the pregnancy. The muscles were stretched new tissues were formed, etc, etc. This can lead to things like burping and farting. I think you should do a bit of exercise to get rid of this, This sounds like caused by those physical changes in your body due to pregnancy, Most of the time these physical changes don't go away by itself.... you need to do some exercise.
If you have any pain associated with this burping and farting, you should go to the doctor. Otherwise, you should do exercises.
