is there such a program on msn messenger where if you block someone the blocked person can unblock himself.
cause i blocked someone on msn msn and when i put a pic on my dp he saw it, i asked him how, i blocked you??? he said he has an msn unblock program

The only way someone can unblock you is by hacking into your account and doing it them self. I suggest you change your password.
