When I was going into 7th grade i weighed only 70 lbs now I am going into 8th grade and weigh 95 lbs DON'T WORRY you arent that under weight and you probably havent started your period either which is why most girls weigh more. just wait you WILL gain some weight this year but try eating healthier as well becuase the next couple of years is when most girls grow chubby also my BEST friend only weighs 75 lbs but she is VERY healthy and its fine. don't worry about it!

i've been in that situation before, and i never really gained weight, i just learned to deal with it. but i did see a nutritionist. they told me to eat at least 3 meals a day, 5 is ideal, and to try eating healthy fattening foods like nuts. my mom was suprised that some of the advice they gave me was the same tat they gave to her in order to lose weight, but a healthy diet is a healthy diet.

your diet can definately effect your weight, but odds are you will always be skinny. most of it is determined through genetics and your metabolism.

you can also try exercising to build up some muscle mass.

if you're short, that's okay. if you're tall then you might want to try to get a little more meat on your bones. have some protein. it's not your fault if you eat a lot, it's just your naturally fast metabolism
