Hi, I'm on a no processed food diet, and therefore can't eat what I used to eat. I could always cook beef/chicken/turkey for my sandwiches, but my parents aren't too fond of that and I really do hate eating any type of meat.
So, I was wondering what's your favorite sandwich? Thank you!

The Jesus Sandwich (my own creation):
Whole wheat bread
Hummus (vegan) or Mayo (non-vegan)
Guacamole
Mustard
Tomato
Romaine leaves
Swiss Cheese (non-vegan, can use vegan substitute)
Black Olives (optional)
If you want simple I like:
Cucumber sandwich. Just bread and cucumber, and a little pepper.
Or
Lettuce and cheese
More complicated (but no to complicated...I mean, it is a sandwich)
Lettuce, cheese, mayo, pickles, ketchup.
Really, everything I put on a burger minus the meat.
Try peanut butter and tofu on wholegrain bread. Yum!
Cut the tofu thick: at least quarter inch. Use plenty of peanut butter. If you can't eat peanut butter use hommus (home made preferably), or avocado pulp.
Add some salad for a bonus.
Made properly with a thickshake you will get nearly half your daily protein intake in one meal, with lots of calcium, iron and plenty of other goodies.
Bargain!

-bread, lettuce, tomato, cheese and low fat mayo.
-theres always tofu meat and other meats that aren't really meat. and they're usually found in the frozen food section.
-tortilla, lettuce, cucumber, tomato(any veggies you want) maybe some italian dressing
Kale pesto paninis with rennet-free monterey jack cheese are my favourite at the moment. Simple but yummy.
If you like cheese try tomato and muenster cheese on whole wheat toast with mayo. Mmmm
I put fresh tomato, basil, and mozzarella [without animal rennet, of course!] on toasted whole wheat bread and it's amazing and super quick.
red onions, tomatoes, spinach, mushroom, alfalfa sprouts with some hummus for the sauce. in a wrap! yum!
Mediterranean sandwiches (: feta cheese...yummy!
