very strange heartburn..?
Last night I took a Pill for this stuffy feeling I was getting called Cipro and I drank some Apricot Nectar so in the next day I had bad heartburn, I didn't eat or drink the whole daya nd I had a acid ripping feel through my Chest and back like Michael Myers himself was stabbing with his Butcher Knife..haha so through the night everytime I ate something it burned, I never had it like this, I am Bulimic as well, does this have anything to do with it?

I've had heartburn like that. Zantac helps, but you need to take it twice a day until the feeling is totally gone. And, yes, the bulimia would make it worse, because if you've been purging then you've already had extra stomach acid going through the esophogus and all which starts breaking down some of the natural protective lining. Take care of yourself... you're the only one who can.
Why are you taking Cipro? Was the doctor aware that you are Bulimic? The combination of cipro and you being bulimic isn't a great one. It can lead to a cardiac arrhythmia, cardiac arrest.
Also being Bulimic and make you have chronic gastric reflux after eating. My advice to you it to seek medical attention and for you to be sure that you inform your doctor that you are Bulimic before they give you any type of medications. Oh don't take Cipro with dairy product like milk or yogurt, or with calcium-fortified juice. They could make the medication less effective. So drinking that Apricot Nectar was a bad idea and on top of that not eating.
