Could you prove that it was intentional. 3 Months is not that far a long to be able to without a doubt see that someone is pregnant. Imagine if you got in a fight with another girl in school and later found out the girl was pregnant. Its a different case, but would you think you should spend all eternity in prison for this mistake. It may be considered Manslaughter, but I don't know all the information surrounding the case.

They absolutely could! I'm not for sure how big the baby is at that stage, not too big... But hen you get pregnant it's like a bead being smashed between a pb&j sandwich and no matter how hard you push or shake it's stuck there! But once the baby gets bigger obviously you need to be more cautious.

And you'd have to be hit REALLY hard to have a ruptured or damaged spleen. If you feel like you have done this though you need to get to a hospital because that requires surgery. Good luck
