Every so often, my stomach hurts when I stand straight up. It feels like something right behind my belly button is going to rip in two if I stand straight up. I have to walk or sit hunched over until the pain passes, which could be hours. What the heck is wrong?
I am 17, male, 6ft 4in and in fairly good physical shape.
Update:Also no lower back pain.

Odd question, but have you noticed any pain on the very lower portion of your back? My brother is 18 and is now recovering from a pilonidal cyst, which gave him a lot of pain. It usually occurs in hairy, white, teenage males.
Gas...most likely try and drink some warm tea and hunny! the tanic acid in tea helps with belly problems...
jesus. That sucks.
My friend Alexis had that problem. I never found out what was wrong, though. Try going to a dr. You might have torn your mussel, or have an Ulcer.
