When i suck in my stomach ....?
I was bored today & started playing with my stomach since I have recently gained a few pounds in my stomach only ...
My stomach has been firm underneath my belly button , but soft above . When I suck in my stomach above my belly button goes flat , but the bottom stays the same ...
Is this something about pregnancy (I might be) or is it something else ?
Update:Well I was just saying that in general I might be pregnant, but havent gone to the doctor yet to confirm.
&& Im usually a very small, skinny girl. 5'1 & 104 lbs, well i dont know how much I weigh now since i have gained weight in my stomach. && Usually my WHOLE stomach goes flat. Now my stomach is squishy above my belly button but firm below. && I got a little 'bump' .

Thats not a symptom of pregnancy, it sounds like a normal female belly to me! But of course, if you have had unprotected sex, you could be pregnant - but either way, thats not a way to tell.
When you 'suck' in your tummy, you are using the muscles in the upper half of your tummy, hence why the part below your belly button doesn't get 'pulled' in too.
I am not pregnant, and have the same thing when I suck in my belly :)
If its usually flat, it could be gas, bloating - or maybe you have eaten a bit today? Maybe you haven't been to the bathroom yet so your a bit expanded haha :)
